For this session, SGT Founder Lydia Violet is excited to share a wonderful practice she created for visioning a new year called a Vision Tree. She has used this practice herself for the past 6 years, gaining so much from this fun and engaging craft.

Ideally, you will want to come to this session with a large sheet of paper, post-its in a few different colors, and a marker for drawing your tree! If you don't have these things that's ok! You can still do the practice with just a piece of paper and a marker. The post-its can be nice if you'd like to play with moving things around. 

You will vision your roots, trunk, branches, and fruits for this next year. What keeps you grounded, healthy, and rooted? What are the branches of your life? What are the fruits you'd like to see from your life?
